Hamid Jafari Nia- CEO

Mr. Jafari Nia is a highly experienced and well educated professional, with an educational background in Civil Engineering, at both the undergraduate and master’s level. Prior to Aflak Smart Road, he carried covenant positions across different sectors. He has held various positions in the construction sector, including operations engineer and manager, technical officer, project control engineer and more.

Kobra Jalali- CTO

Mrs. Jalali is an experience professional, with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and extensive experience in public traffic services. Her roles include being the director of traffic education and violations departments. 

Saman Nasrolahi- CMO

Mr. Nasrolahi is a highly talented, professional and dedicated civil engineer with 13 years’ experience in planning, designing, and directing construction and maintenance of complex roads, bridges and pipelines in large, fast – paced construction industry.
